  2. 2024, Yijing Shao won 2nd place at Graduate Student Research Competition (oral), 2024 American Dairy Science AssociationĀ® Annual Meeting, West Palm Beach, FL (6/16-19, 2024). title: Predicting phase stability of UHT reconstituted skim milk using vibrational spectroscopy and physicochemical properties coupled with partial least squares method.
